The First Basic Court in Belgrade has enabled the citizens to electronically submit requests for the issuing of certificates that no investigation or indictment has been initiated against them, or that no criminal procedure has been initiated before the First Basic or High Court in Belgrade.

IMPORTANT
Please enter the data precisely, including the letters typical of the serbian alphabet (ćčšđž).
You can fill out the form using either latin or cyrillic alphabet.
Clients must pick up the certificates in person.
The certificates ordered by 12 am will be ready for the following workday (except on weekends). If the certificates aren't picked up within 48 hours, they will be returned to the Palace of Justice (Savska 17a st.).

The certificates are free of charge for:
- Persons beeing employed for the first time
- Persons setting off to serve their military duty
The certification issuing fee is 290,00 RSD.
